The Single Event Photography Pass is perfect for competitors attending one UAD weekend or those who want complete event coverage without committing to the full season. Please note that coverage is not available on Fridays and only includes Saturday/Sunday events.

How It Works
Complete the information form below and select the UAD weekend you would like covered.
Submit payment through PayPal.
Attend your events and have fun.
After each event, a proofing gallery will be published.
Use your email address to review, select, and favorite images of your dog(s).
Once selections have been reviewed, a private download gallery will be created containing your final high-resolution images.
Delivery
My goal is to deliver event galleries within one week following each event weekend whenever possible.
Please allow up to two weeks for delivery during periods of high event volume.
Final download galleries will remain available through December 31, 2026.
single event Pass Terms
• Single Event Photography Pass purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Photography Pass coverage applies to Saturday and Sunday competition days only. Friday activities, practice sessions, training jumps, and Friday competition rounds are not included.
• Coverage applies only to the event weekend selected at the time of purchase.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for missed events, withdrawals, no-shows, injuries, or schedule conflicts.
• Event schedule changes, delays, or weather-related adjustments do not qualify for refunds. Coverage will transfer to the rescheduled event whenever possible.
• Every reasonable effort will be made to photograph all participating dogs covered by a Single Event Photography Pass. However, specific images, jumps, rounds, placements, performances, or image quantities cannot be guaranteed.
• The number of final images varies based on participation, event conditions, performance opportunities, and photographer discretion.
• Copyright remains with Dapper Dreams Photography.
• Purchased files include a personal-use and kennel self-promotion license. Images may not be sold, licensed, submitted for publication, used commercially by third parties, or used for AI training without written permission.
• Additional dogs added after purchase must be submitted by email no later than 48 hours before the event.

How many images will I receive?
The number of final images varies depending on jumps, retrieves, weather conditions, and event participation. All final edited images meeting Dapper Dreams Photography quality standards will be included.
Can I purchase images after the event?
Yes. Individual images, image collections, and print products will be available following each event.
Do I need a Photo Pass to be photographed?
While I photograph throughout the event, Photo Pass holders receive priority coverage and are my first priority when planning shooting time throughout the weekend.
Pre-purchasing a pass helps ensure I know which dogs and handlers are expecting coverage and allows me to focus my coverage on competitors who have reserved photography in advance.
How Many Dogs Are Included?
All dogs from the same household are included under both the single event pass and the pre-purchased season Photo Pass.
Whether you're running one dog or multiple dogs from the same household, all eligible dogs competing during the covered event(s) may be included.
What If My Dog Qualifies for Ultimate Air Games?
For Season Pass holders, coverage of the 2026 Ultimate Air Games Finals at KyMi Farms is included if your dog qualifies.
Qualification is determined by Ultimate Air Dogs and is not guaranteed by the purchase of a Season Photography Pass. No refunds or credits will be issued if a competitor does not qualify for the Finals.
