Show Weekend Scheduling
Show weekend sessions are scheduled around the official judging program, which is typically released the week of the event. Because of this, exact session times are not finalized at the time of booking.
When inquiring, you’ll select the day(s) you are available. Once the judging program is released, Sessions are conducted on a rolling basis throughout the day to accommodate ring schedules and show flow. Exact session times are generally not assigned in advance unless requested by Client. Clients are responsible for communicating availability on the day of the event.
Flexibility is built into these sessions, but clear communication is essential to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Investment & Booking
Session Fee: $225
Includes 5 fully edited high-resolution images, with the option to purchase additional images.
A $50 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
Due to the limited availability of show weekend sessions, bookings are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.
Handling & Presentation
For the best results, dogs should be handled by someone experienced in stacking and presentation—ideally the individual who regularly shows them.
If you do not have a handler available, limited assistance may be arranged in advance for an additional fee.
Weather & Show Conditions
Show weekend sessions are scheduled rain or shine. Due to the nature of travel and event-based scheduling, sessions are not canceled for general weather conditions such as cloud cover, wind, or temperature.
In the event of active rain or unsafe conditions, the following options apply:
Sessions may be adjusted within the same show weekend if scheduling allows.
If rescheduling during the event is not possible, your session may be converted into a credit for a future session.
